Over the weekend, on Saturday, to mark the start of the new month, Nick Bilton fired off a 734-word “welcome back” memo to the staff of "60 Minutes." Bilton, whose tenure as executive producer of the storied newsmagazine has gotten off to a turbulent start, greeted staffers back from their July vacations and offered a "genuine thank you" to those who spent the month shooting stories and producing segments.
"For the rest of you, I hope you're well rested and excited to get back to work," Bilton wrote, in the memo obtained by Status.
