Inside MS NOW’s newish offices just off Times Square, network chief Rebecca Kutler has been quietly at work in recent months on a consequential project. As Status first reported in mid-February, the cable news veteran has been mapping out an overhaul of the outlet’s dayside lineup, with a particular focus on the hard news “MS Reports” blocks that currently run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The objective, as we reported, has been to roll out a reengineered schedule ahead of the midterm elections.
